-A starter supply of essentials is provided, including toiletries, paper products, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent.<br />
-No pets, parties, or large gatherings.<br />
-Please park in the garage or designated visitor parking. Overnight parking restrictions apply in visitor spaces.<br />
-Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are not permitted anywhere on the property.<br />
-The home is equipped with noise and smoke monitoring devices.<br />
-Stays of 21 nights or longer require a $500 utility deposit. A utility allowance of $200 per 30 days ($6.67/day) is included; any overages will be charged to the card on file.<br />
-For extended stays, routine maintenance (such as filter and battery replacement) is performed approximately every 30 days.<br />
-To finalize your reservation, all guests must complete identity verification, a background screening, and sign the Casago rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.<br />
